Dr. Vijay Raj Vajracharya (Research Assistant)

Dr. Vijay Raj Vajracharya has a Ph.D. and Ācārya in Buddhist philosophy. His specialized field of study is Buddhist Tantra. He has knowledge of Newāri, Hindi and Sanskrit languages as well as knowledge of ancient scripts like Bhujimola, ancient Newārī, Māgadhī, Maithilī etc. and Newari Buddhist Tantric Tradition. He is one of the co-editors of Rare Buddhist Texts and ‘Dhīḥ’ Research Journal since 1990. He has published his research thesis and several research articles in various research journals and magazines.
