Facilities
A lush green twenty-nine-acre campus of CIHTS has undergone an incremental development in context of its buildings and facilities. The administration ensures to add environmental friendly buildings on the campus.
The Institute infrastructure includes administrative offices and four academic buildings with classrooms and offices for teachers’ departments. There is a central library, two guesthouses, one massive cultural hall, five committee rooms and seven conference facilities. The Atisha Hall hosts regular conferences and seminars on all aspects of Buddhism and related topics. The campus has two boys and two girls’ hostels, one for juniors and one for seniors. There are two separate hostels for graduate and research (M.Phil and PhD) students, with a hostel for undergraduates currently under construction.
The entire campus is fully WIFI enabled and is equipped with advanced facilities in the domainof Information Technology. Two fully functional guest houses on campus provide a comfortingstay experience for the guests. A centralized mess facility caters to the needs of all the students and even staff members. A multi-cuisine cafeteria is located at the entrance of theInstitute. Almost every building on the campus is equipped with state-of-the-art conferenceroom facilities.
