Rajesh Kumar Mishra

Rajesh Kumar Mishra holds an M.L.I.Sc. (Gold Medal) from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi and has qualified UGC NET in the subject of Library & Information Science. He is serving at the Shantarakshita Library of CIHTS as Documentation Officer since 1996. His areas of specialization are Library Computerization, Digital Library, Library Management, Information Literacy and Knowledge Classification.

He initiated and completed the project of Shantarakshita library computerization in the year 1998 and provided guidance for computerization of Libraries of Nav Nalanda Mahavihar, Nalanda, Basanta College for Women, Rajghat, Varanasi, JNCU Ballia and couple of other colleges and institutions.

He authored about 40 papers as articles, chapters in collected works, seminar presentations and invited lectures and attended 10 Training programs/refresher courses, 48 Seminar/conferences in the field of Library & Information science and administrative matters.
