PUBLIC GRIEVANCE
Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies follows the guidelines framed by Government of India to redress the public grievances. Keeping in view the importance of the public grievances, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor himself shouldering the responsibility of Public Grievance Officer of the Institute and his secretariat is performing as Public Grievance Cell of the Institute for effective and timely redress/settlement of citizens’ grievances.

How to lodge Complaints
Complaints relating to public grievances should be addressed to Public Grievance Officer of the Institute on address given above. Kindly put your signature besides furnishing your Name, complete postal address, Phone number etc. and confirm it when approached to do so as a token of authentication of the complaint. In accordance with extant rules, action will not be taken on anonymous / pseudonymous complaints. Due care will be taken to keep the particulars of complainant confidential, if he/she so desires.
