ཨ་ནིལ་ ཀུ་མཱར་ གུཔྟཱ།

Anil Kumar Gupta is pursuing Ph.D. in Education from Banaras Hindu University and teaches at the Centre of Teacher Education in CIHTS. His teaching interests span around Psychological foundation of education, Gender Education, Value Education, Educational Technology and Pedagogy of English.

His research endeavour focuses on portrayal and construction of men and masculinities through text books and other children’s literature. He remains constantly invested in learning and practice of innovative teaching strategies to make learning effective and empowering to the students. He organises workshops and classroom activities for the creation of prospective teacher who can contribute to make democratic, gender just and value based society.
