Tashi Sither has pursued Bachelor and Master Degree in Buddhist Philosophy from CIHTS. He also has a degree in BLIS (Bachelor of Library and Information Science) from IGNOU and MLIS (Master of Library and Information Science) from Rajshree Tandon Open University. He has been appointed as dealing hand in MMC since 2016 and he also performs the role of office assistant in the Maintenance Wing.
