Qualifications: Rajesh Kumar Mishra holds an M.L.I.Sc. (Gold Medal) from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi and has qualified UGC NET in the subject of Library & Information Science. He is serving at the Shantarakshita Library of CIHTS as Documentation Officer since 1996. His areas of specialization are Library Computerization, Digital Library, Library Management, Information Literacy and Knowledge Classification.
Prior Job Experience: He initiated and completed the project of Shantarakshita library computerization in the year 1998 and provided guidance for computerization of Libraries of Nav Nalanda Mahavihar, Nalanda, Basanta College for Women, Rajghat, Varanasi, JNCU Ballia and couple of other colleges and institutions.
Publications: He authored about 40 papers as articles, chapters in collected works, seminar presentations and invited lectures and attended 10 Training programs/refresher courses, 48 Seminar/conferences in the field of Library & Information science and administrative matters.

Profile: Dickey Dolma, (SPA Contractual) is working in the Acquisition Section. From 24th May 2012 till date, she started working in Shantarakshita Library. She completed her Master of Library Science from IGNOU in 2017 and Acharya Degree in 2013 from CIHTS.

Profile: Sunil Kumar is working as Assistant Registrar and in-charge of examination wing. In addition to the present assignment he also shoulders the responsibilities of Central Public Information Officer (RTI) & as in-charge of sanitation & allied services unit. Mr. Kumar has experience of more than twenty-five years, and prior to joining this institute, he has served in the Ministry of Defense, Govt. of India and National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited (PSU).
He has excellent team building administrative skills and planning & organizing skills. He remains committed to creating and providing ease of accessibility to students, staff and faculties in an approachable and compassionate manner.

Profile: Tenzin Chungdak (SPA Contractual) is working in the technical section of Shantarakshita Library. He started working in the library since 1st October 2013. He completed his Master of Library Science from IGNOU in 2017 and his Shastri degree (equivalent Bachelor Degree) in 2012 from CIHTS.
