Dr. Penpa Tsering has completed BTMS graduation course in 2010. He was appointed as an In-charge of Faculty of Sowa Rigpa (Tibetan Medicine) Vagbhatta Library, DSR, CIHTS 2010, and in 2012 he was appointed as a Guest Lecturer in the same faculty. He works simultaneously In-charge VBL library and Consultant Doctor at DSR, CIHTS. His two books (The Collection of Analytical Writings and Other Composition of Professor Rakdho Lobsang Tenzin) and many articles have been published.
