Profile: Choenga Tsering is pursuing Ph.D. from CIHTS. He has graduated with Bachelor and Master Degrees in Buddhist Philosophy from CIHTS. He also has a degree in BLIS (Bachelor of Library and Information Science) from IGNOU and MLIS (Master of Library and Information science) from Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University.
He was appointed as dealing hand in Mess Management in 2015 where he worked for almost one and half year and presently he works in the Tibetan section the Shantarakshita library on contractual from 2016. His responsibility in the section is to give reader services, Technical work, cataloguing, analytical entry, classification, shelve rectification, bibliographic service and maintenance. He also prepares the Tibetan annual report of the library for the Central Tibetan Administration, Dharamsala. He is actively involved in many social work activities.

Profile: Lobsang Wangdu (Acharya, Diploma in Lib. Sci.,) has more than twenty-seven years of experience in librarianship. Presently he is working as a Professional Assistant in the Tibetan Section of the Shanratakshita library. His area of interest is cataloging and classification. He was in the Technical section for about eleven years and presently he is in-charge of the Tibetan section and particularly looks after the technical works (classification, unification of cataloged data, providing appropriate access points, etc) of the Tibetan books.
