RECRUITMENT

Recruitment section of the Institute takes care of the very confidential and well executed procedure of recruiting new staff members for the Institute. It holds a very distinctive place as it ensures the deployment of the best human resources for its teaching and non-teaching requirements. The appointments of the teaching staff are made as per the rules laid down by UGC, on the other hand, the non-teaching staff recruitments are made according to the rules and regulations of the Institute/Govt of India regulations. The recruitment to these posts is made by the method of direct recruitment or deputation (including short term contract) or absorption as per the Recruitment Rules for the relevant posts. The Recruitment Cell is also vested with the responsibility of ensuring the fair and transparent execution of the whole process. Since 2022 the institute is using Samarth recruitment portal for complete online recruitment process.
